Our pricing is transparent and calculated based on the estimated distance, anticipated traffic time, and current demand. You will always see the exact fare estimate before confirming your booking.

Yes! We partner with trusted, secure payment gateways to process all digital transactions. UMC Rides never stores your raw credit card or mobile money PINs on our servers.

Passenger safety is our #1 priority. Every driver on our platform undergoes a background check and safety screening, and their motorcycles must meet strict maintenance standards.
